Mai has been a part of the Luxe family since 2015. She has been fascinated with the art of beauty and fashion for as long as she can remember. Hairdressing is her art that she gets to have fun with everyday, while making others look and feel great! Education, new techniques and keeping up with the latest trend is what excites her about this evolving industry. Mai is devoted and well rounded in her skills from hair cutting, color, and styling. She has trained with Toni and Guy, Vidal Sassoon, Kao Academy, and Oribe Education. Certified in Bellami Hair Extension and Klix Hair Extension; she specializes in sew in hand-tied weft and volume weft extensions. She enjoys precision cuts, unstructural cuts, natural color and creative color as well. Mai has worked and trained with Goldwell, Wella, Redken and Schwarzkopf. Aside from hairdressing and art, she much enjoys spending time with her family and friends. With well over a decade of experience Deborah joined Luxe Salon in 2010, and she has become a pillar of the brand. As our Creative Director of Color she steers our artistic attitude. She has done hair and make up for television, commercials, runway, wedding, and photography for the last five years. Offering her guests an insider’s view of fashion, trends, and styles, as well as fabulous hair. Deborah’s work in the salon is revered. As an educator, Deborah mentors young talent working with them to help them blossom.

Emma graduated from Paul Mitchell The School Dallas in 2011, and has been in the industry ever since. Her favorite part of being behind the chair is the relationship she gets to build with each and every guest. With over 7 years of experience, Emma loves to further her education and stay current on the latest trends and techniques. Going to a special event? Emma also specializes in makeup! My name is Lex Harvey. I am a Florida native, born and raised. I relocated to the Dallas area February 2022. I am married with 3 children. I graduated from the Salon Professional Academy and have been working in salons full time since November 2014.
